How much is shipping?
Free! EBH Knits offers free one week shipping on all in-stock items inside the United States, but my goal will always be to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
How do I make a custom order?
If you have an idea for a project or see something you like that you want in a different color or size than what’s listed simply contact me and we will work out the details. Once your order is confirmed, I will need up to two weeks to finish your project before shipping to you.
There is no extra charge for custom orders.
What if I need my custom order in less than two weeks?
Some larger projects will take me a full two weeks to make. Smaller projects can be finished sooner and shipped sooner for an additional rush fee.

Do you provide gift wrapping or messaging?
Yes! The price of gift baskets includes the price of the basket and packaging. Notes can be added to a package free of charge. Just let me know in your order or at checkout if your item is a gift.
What if my package never comes?
You should receive tracking information for your order at check out. Please wait one week to report a non-delivery. If after a week your order has not been delivered, contact me for a refund or for a replacement.
What do I do if my order is damaged in delivery?
Please contact me as soon as possible if your order is damaged. Free returns/exchanges can be made if you can provide pictures and a description of the damage within two weeks of your delivery.
What if I get my order but I want to send it back?
If you receive your order and you just don’t love it you can return or exchange your order for a refund minus the price of shipping.
